Service Connection Forms
The following application forms are used for obtaining new electricity service connections from TANGEDCO. Forms can be obtained from the respective area section offices or downloaded from the official TANGEDCO portal.
LT Service Connection

Agreement Forms

How to Submit Forms
- In Person: Submit completed forms at your area Section Office (AE/O&M) along with required documents
- Online: Certain applications can be submitted through the TANGEDCO online portal
Common Documents Required
- Proof of ownership (Patta / Sale Deed / Tax Receipt)
- Identity proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport)
- Address proof
- Wiring completion report from Licensed Electrical Contractor
- Passport-size photographs
- Building plan approval (for HT connections)
