The Citizen Charter sets the service standards and quality benchmarks for TANGEDCO's electricity services across Tamil Nadu.
Service Connection Time Schedule

Complaints Resolution Procedure
- Lodge a complaint by phone, in person or by letter at the section or sub-division office
- Escalate to the Executive Engineer or Superintending Engineer if unresolved
- Monthly grievance day held per division by the Superintending Engineer
- Each distribution circle has a Public Relations Officer
- Consumer Grievance Redressal Forums operate in each distribution circle
